A Cluster Manager oversees the operations and performance of multiple locations within a specific region, ensuring alignment with company goals, optimizing efficiency, and driving sales growth. JOB OVERVIEW The Cluster Manager for Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the PMFBY scheme across multiple clusters. onship with Client and Govt. officials DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES : Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of the PMFBY scheme across assigned clusters, ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies, and timelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government officials, insurance providers, and local agricultural agencies to facilitate the successful execution of the scheme. Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to assess the ground realities, address issues, and provide support to local teams and farmers. Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to the scheme s performance, including farmer enrollment, claim settlements, and outreach activities. Training Capacity Building: Organize and conduct training sessions for field staff and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the PMFBY scheme and improve operational efficiency. SKILLS: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Abilitiy to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. knowledge of PMFBY scheme and its operational procedures is advantageous. QUALIFICATION Bachelor s Degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Management, or a related field. JOB SPECIALIZATIONS Knowledge of PMFBY scheme and its operational procedures is advantagous.
