The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales, operations, and profitability of multiple retail outlets and B2B accounts in the Gujarat region. This includes team management, business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Store Managers, Sales Executives, and Support Staff across the cluster. Drive sales performance, meet revenue targets, and achieve growth across all locations under the cluster. Identify and develop new business opportunities (retail, enterprise, education, institutional). Conduct regular market visits to assess store performance, customer experience, and competitor activity. Monitor and improve operational efficiencies across all stores. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards and employee training. Implement sales and marketing campaigns specific to the regional demographics and requirements. Maintain optimum stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and ensure timely reporting and analysis. Recruit, train, and mentor store-level staff for capability building and succession planning. Coordinate with backend functions Supply Chain, Finance, HR – to support business needs. Desired Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in multi-store or regional retail/enterprise sales management. Prior experience in consumer electronics or Apple product sales is an advantage. Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across the Gujarat region.
