Job Description

Brief the process to design team and get the proposal drawing prepared Create Bill of material and Quotation of relevant system solutions by communicating with the HOD. JOB OVERVIEW We are in search of a candidate with comprehensive experience in meticulously reviewing customer requests (RFQs) and tender documents, and carrying out basic engineering design in order to define the scope of the proposal. Additionally, the candidate should be able to provide a briefing to the design team and oversee the preparation of proposal drawings. Communication with the Head of the Department to create a Bill of Material and Quotation for relevant system solutions is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities also include drafting techno-commercial proposals, Data Sheets, and project costing sheets. Furthermore, the candidate will be required to engage in communication, negotiation, and collaboration with 3rd party suppliers and fabricators to finalize their technical and commercial offers. Creating, maintaining, and updating a database of components necessary to complete proposals, as well as providing support in customer meetings, site surveys, and other activities required for the completion of technical and commercial proposals is part of the role.
