Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cluster Head at YuCollect, part of the Yubi Group, you will lead the expansion efforts in the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving business growth, managing the end-to-end sales process, and overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) within your cluster. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong sales acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to foster meaningful industry connections. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development Leadership - Drive business development initiatives to acquire new customers and enhance existing relationships. - Ensure focus on high-value opportunities like account penetration, sales strategy, and solution positioning. - Align cluster business objectives with regional goals for seamless sales plan execution. - Team Management and Development - Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers to achieve targets. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback for professional growth. - Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating the team and setting clear objectives. - Strategic Planning and Execution - Collaborate with the Regional Head to develop cluster-specific strategies for revenue growth. - Create detailed business plans outlining key activities, budgets, and timelines. - Execute the business development strategy by identifying opportunities and ensuring result delivery. - Sales Performance Management - Set clear performance targets and KPIs for Business Development Managers. - Monitor and report on sales metrics such as lead conversion and revenue generation. - Ensure adherence to sales processes for operational consistency. - Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. - Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with Customer Success and Pre-sales teams for solution delivery. - Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Share insights with the team to refine strategies for competitive advantage. - Profit Center and Budget Management - Achieve sales revenue targets and manage cluster profitability. - Monitor budget allocation, expenses, and profitability for resource efficiency. - Develop cost-effective strategies for cluster growth. - Collaboration with Other Teams - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of objectives. - Collaborate with the Regional Head to align cluster strategies with regional goals. - Reporting & Communication - Provide updates on business development progress and key metrics to the Regional Head. - Maintain transparent communication, sharing performance updates and opportunities. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of sales or business development experience in SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments. - Success in lead generation, follow-up strategies, and deal closures. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication abilities to engage stakeholders. - Networking skills to sustain industry relationships. - Ability to take ownership of business operations. - Understanding of SaaS platforms, service sales mechanisms, and marketplace dynamics.,
