Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute the Zepto franchise growth roadmap in the assigned state.
Build, manage, and lead a team of Franchise Development Managers.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and field visits regularly.
Personally lead high-value franchise onboarding discussions.
Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure franchise compliance, SOPs, and business health.
Monitor region-wise conversion funnels and support bottom funnel closure.
Provide weekly/monthly MIS and strategic inputs to leadership for growth planning.

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

● 4-6years of experience in franchise development/sales or portfolio management services

● Proven track record of closing franchise deals and expanding territory presence.

Requirements:

4-6 years of proven experience in franchise/channel partner development.
Past leadership role managing state/regional expansion preferred.
Strong business acumen, team leadership, and execution mindset.
Good understanding of franchise compliance, commercials, and operations.
Excellent communication, people skills, and structured reporting ability.
Willing to travel across cities.
