Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to investment inflows and lead conversions. What is expected? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA/PGDM is an advantage. 1+ years of experience in investment sales, fundraising, wealth management, or related fields. Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal. Confidence in meeting investors, conducting follow-ups, and handling objections professionally. Good understanding of financial instruments, business funding models, and investor expectations. Role Objective To build and lead a high-performing branch and sales team for sourcing micro investment deposits under HGB Fin’s innovative profit-sharing model. This includes recruiting, training, managing, and scaling a decentralized sales force from scratch, while ensuring strong local engagement and target achievement. Key Responsibilities1. Team Building – From Ground Zero Design and execute a recruitment strategy to hire Branch Managers and Sales Executives for each new branch. Personally oversee the initial setup and structuring of each team in your cluster. Ensure a minimum of 3 Sales Executives per branch , supported by a Branch Manager. Create a performance-oriented work culture with clear roles, KPIs, and growth paths . 2. Branch Development & Operational Setup Identify strategic locations for new branches in consultation with senior leadership. Coordinate logistical, staffing, and compliance activities for new branch launches . Ensure smooth functioning of branches under your cluster from Day 1. 3. Micro Investment Deposit Mobilization Drive aggressive acquisition of small-ticket micro deposits through community engagement and local outreach programs. Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets at both individual and branch levels. Leverage local influencers, SHGs, and cooperative groups to increase penetration. 4. Training, Mentorship & Culture Building Develop and deliver foundational training programs for new joiners on HGB Fin’s model, ethical sales, and client education. Regularly coach and mentor Sales Executives and Branch Managers to improve field efficiency and client conversion. Instill a sense of ownership, mission-driven selling , and client trust in all team members. 5. Monitoring & Performance Review Conduct regular performance audits, field visits, and review meetings at the branch level. Maintain a strong feedback loop with senior management on talent quality, market response, and growth opportunities. Implement incentive structures to reward performers and retrain or replace non-performers. 6. Compliance, Ethics & Brand Representation Ensure full adherence to HGB Fin’s profit-sharing investment model , legal requirements, and internal code of conduct. Represent the brand and its values effectively in all external interactions. Handle conflict resolution, client escalations, and team grievances with maturity.
