Job Description

In this role at HGB Fin, you will play a crucial part in driving investment inflows and fostering long-term relationships with investors. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and approaching potential investors, including individuals, firms, and institutions, to present funding opportunities offered by HGB Fin. - Developing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and investment decks tailored to diverse investor profiles. - Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors to ensure long-term engagement. - Staying updated on all active and upcoming projects under HGB Fin to effectively match investor profiles to suitable opportunities. - Monitoring market trends, investor behavior, and competitor strategies to provide inputs for refining investment offerings. - Meeting monthly and quarterly targets related to investment inflows and lead conversions. To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA/PGDM is an advantage. - 1+ years of experience in investment sales, fundraising, wealth management, or related fields. - Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal. - Confidence in meeting investors, conducting follow-ups, and handling objections professionally. - Good understanding of financial instruments, business funding models, and investor expectations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital presentation platforms.
