Job Description

You will play a crucial role as Cluster Head in driving the growth and expansion of the cluster in Kolkata for NowPurchase, a company dedicated to transforming the Metal Manufacturing industry. You will hold P&L responsibility, focusing on developing and managing key vendor/customer relationships to multiply success in West Bengal. Your entrepreneurial spirit and drive will be essential in achieving these goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive expansion strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets, managing relationships with business partners, and leading internal functions such as sales, marketing, customer relationship, operations, and fulfillment. Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team will also be a central aspect of your role. Market research will be a critical part of your responsibilities to identify key markets, consumer trends, and the competitive landscape, guiding expansion decisions. You will also be involved in financial management, budget development for expansion, and monitoring financial performance against targets to ensure success. Your qualifications should include a full-time BTech in any department, with Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Material Science Engineering being preferable. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory. You should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strategic thinking capabilities. At least 3 years of team handling experience and exposure to P&L activities are required. Proficiency in the local language (Bengali) would be beneficial. The compensation offered for this role is best in class, along with Employee Stock Options (ESOPs), Personal Accidental Claim of 5Lacs, and Medical Insurance benefits.
