Role Overview: Cluster Head – Mumbai Region

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to lead Lighthouse operations across multiple centres in Mumbai. This is a key leadership role focused on program delivery, team development, stakeholder management, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate is a strong executor, people-first leader, and passionate about youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Program Delivery

• Oversee daily operations across Lighthouse centres in the Mumbai cluster.
• Ensure seamless delivery of the entire program lifecycle: outreach → training → placement → alumni engagement.
• Support regional program planning (budgets, communication, M&E, HR planning).
• Drive outcomes as per MoUs with government and CSR partners.

Team Leadership & Culture Building

• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing, values-aligned team.
• Conduct evaluations and support staff development through training needs assessments.
• Promote a strong, inclusive, and impact-driven culture.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with local government, corporates, NGOs, and citizens.
• Represent LCF at donor meetings, community events, and external forums.
• Build partnerships with local skilling agencies, CBOs, and placement partners.

Strategic Execution & Innovation

• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and donor reporting requirements.
• Support event planning: donor visits, launches, volunteer engagements.
• Innovate solutions to improve program delivery and community outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program leadership, livelihoods, skilling, or ecosystem building.
• Experience working in the development or social sector preferred.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong operational and execution abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills.
• Data-driven mindset and problem-solving approach.
• High personal integrity and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
