engineer, build, secure, and operate consolidated cost optimized global infrastructure

platforms supporting our human health care (hhc) mission.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to design, implement,

and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure to support our applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and high availability of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application and infrastructure deployment using tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline and Azure DevOps

• Ensure cloud environments are secure and compliant with industry standards such as GxP, CIS, NIST, HIPAA, and ISO

• Implement Observability solution with monitoring and logging tools for cloud services and deployments (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)

• Optimize cloud costs and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability in daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles

• Hands-on cloud engineering experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure)

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Arm) and configuration management/automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration

• Hands-on experience with any Kubernetes orchestrator (EKS, ECS, OpenShift)

• Strong knowledge with authentication and authorization systems, e.g., AWS SSO, Active Directory, Azure AD, Keycloak, Okta.
