Job Description

We’re Hiring: Closing Manager | Pune (Baner)

Role & Responsibilities

Handle
warm leads
passed by the pre-sales & design teams.
Build rapport with potential clients and understand their design & budget expectations.
Present SpazioLiv’s design capabilities, pricing, and value proposition confidently.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to finalize scope, BOQs, and proposals.
Lead
negotiations & deal closures
while ensuring client satisfaction.
Track and report conversion metrics, follow-up pipelines, and closure ratios.
Maintain excellent post-closure relationships for referrals and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

4–8 years of experience in
interior/furniture sales, luxury real estate, or high-ticket closures.
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Proven record of
closing deals ₹5L–₹1Cr+
.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Smart, polished, and client-facing personality.
Immediate joiners preferred.
