Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Closing Manager will oversee the entire closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. They will coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders, manage funding procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The Closing Manager will also handle post-closing activities and contribute to the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from sales agreement to closing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle, including client onboarding, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client walk-ins to generate and convert leads.
  • Pitch projects and services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Manage CRM activities on-site, ensuring accurate data entry and client follow-through.
  • Coordinate client logistics such as pick-up and drop-off for site visits or meetings.
  • Supervise a team of tele callers, ensuring productivity and quality control.
  • Collect and review daily reports from callers; escalate issues as needed.
  • Submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the management team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and personalized service.
  • Assist in marketing or promotional activities when required.


Key Skills & Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, client handling, or tele calling (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable with on-site roles and flexible working hours if required.
  • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and client-centric mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in real estate, retail sales, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and [any regional/local language as needed].
