Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager located in central suburb. The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the property closing process, coordinating funding, and managing mortgage lending. Additional responsibilities include overseeing loan processes and working closely with the sales team to ensure the completion of sales transactions. The role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of real estate sales and closing procedures.

• Experience in managing Closings and coordinating real estate transaction
• Proficiency in Sales processes related to real estate
• Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
