Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Kurla. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include handling HR management processes, supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The executive will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and maintaining employee records
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Kurla
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
