Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sourcing Manager, located in Chennai. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing processes, developing strategic sourcing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring supplier performance. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and driving cost-saving initiatives.

• Contract Negotiation and Supplier Management experience
• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills
• Cost Optimization and Vendor Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the retail or technology industry is a plus
