Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the customer success process for a defined territory, focusing on retaining customers and growing contracts through upselling and multi-year renewals. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely support renewals for small to medium-sized customers, organizing customer onboarding and success programs, providing feedback to management, handling customer escalations, troubleshooting problems, assisting in key indicator reporting, educating customers on e-business practices, and ensuring customer awareness of the support portfolio. You will be required to meet productivity requirements on outbound calls for renewals and manage exceptions for customers with renewal issues. Desired Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in the Spanish language are mandatory. - Good negotiation skills with a customer service attitude. - Ability to work in a 24x7 environment. - Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel. - Excellent research and problem-solving skills. - Effective time management and prioritization. - Self-motivated, focused, and driven. - Ability to make decisions with minimal direction. - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and suggest continual improvements. - Collaborative work approach to achieve goals. - Projects a positive and professional image.
