Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager for the defined territory, you will play a crucial role in managing the customer success process. Your responsibilities will include retaining customers, growing contracts through upselling and multi-year renewals, ensuring timely support renewals for small to medium-sized customers, organizing customer onboarding and success programs, providing performance feedback to management, being the first-line contact for customer escalations, troubleshooting problems, assisting in key indicator reporting and trend analysis, educating customers on e-business practices, ensuring customer awareness of the Support portfolio, managing exceptions for customers with renewal issues, and meeting productivity requirements for outbound calls.
