Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Orchestration:

  Coordinate with the execution team to ensure AI-driven performance marketing projects are completed successfully and hit client KPIs.

• Sales Closing:

  Lead discovery and closing calls for pre-qualified prospects. You will take the baton from our pre-sales team and turn prospects into long-term partners.

• Proposal Architecture:

  Craft compelling, data-driven proposals that outline clear ROI and strategy for potential clients.

• Onboarding & Relationship Management:

  Lead the transition from "prospect" to "client," ensuring a seamless onboarding process and nurturing relationships to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Acumen:

  Proven experience in handling sales calls, navigating objections, and closing deals in a B2B environment.

• Client Management:

  Experience in an agency setting, managing client expectations and delivering project updates.

• Performance Marketing Literacy:

  A solid understanding of lead generation, SEO, and how AI is changing the marketing landscape.

• Communication Excellence:

  Exceptional verbal and written English (and Hindi) communication skills for presenting proposals and leading calls.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Ability to translate client needs into actionable marketing proposals.

• Organization:

  Strong time-management skills to balance sales calls with project coordination.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
