Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Client Services Representative. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting clients with service-related needs, collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and addressing any finance-related inquiries as needed. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the organization and its clients to foster trust and ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to address client needs and build strong relationships.
• Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and internal teams (non-negotiable)
• Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Finance and financial processes to assist with client-related financial queries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or customer support role is an advantage.
• Work From Office Role, 6 days a week.
• 1-3 Years of Work Experience Required in a similar role.
