Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations

● Understand client needs, briefs, and feedback to relay effectively to internal teams

● Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards

● Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and status updates to clients

● Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and client satisfaction

● Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary

● Collaborate closely with creative, production, and sales teams

Requirements:

● 2 to 6 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in media production, advertising, or creative agencies

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

● Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

● Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site work environment

● Proficiency with project management and CRM tools is a plus
