Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Services Representative. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide support on financial services solutions that meet client needs.

• Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with clients
• Understanding of and experience with Finance-related topics or services
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
