Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for executive positions, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional tasks include creating job descriptions, managing recruitment campaigns, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various methods, including job postings, social media, and recruitment agencies
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Excellent in using job portal like Naukri, Monster or Shine, Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Must have an experience in using ATS.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Managing the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the consultancy or financial services sector
