EdTech sales hiring experience

The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-performance sales talent to support our growing Executive Education vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for inside sales and business development roles through multiple channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess sales competencies.
• Build and maintain an active sales-talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring targets.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data, and ensure timely closures.
• Contribute to improving hiring strategies for high-volume and quality sales recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience in sales hiring

  (inside sales/B2C/EdTech preferred).
• Strong screening and assessment skills for sales roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
