Executive Recruiter – U.S. Sales & Leadership Hiring Location: India ( US RECRUITER )

(Hybrid –Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

● 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on executive or leadership hiring

● Proven success in Sales or GTM Leadership hiring for U.S. markets (**must-have**)

● Expertise in headhunting, executive search, and passive talent sourcing

● Strong understanding of U.S. sales ecosystem — titles, compensation patterns, and cultural nuances

● Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM tools

● Techno-functional hiring exposure within Digital, Data, AI, and Engineering domains preferred

● Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and present insights

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across time zones

● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR certification preferred Soft Skills & Behavioural Traits:
