Job Description

We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and proactive Recruiter to manage hiring across all levels — admin, legal, compliance, accounting, back office, executives, and interns. This person will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring fast, correct, and stable hiring for the organisation. This role requires someone who can work independently, filter the right profiles, coordinate interviews, and support senior leadership in building a strong team. Key Responsibilities   1. End-to-End Recruitment   Understand requirements from founders/team heads Write job descriptions (JD) and post on job portals Search, shortlist, and screen candidates Conduct telephonic and first-level HR screening Schedule interviews with department heads Maintain candidate database Follow up with candidates till joining Handle offer negotiation and joining confirmation 2. Hiring for Multiple Roles   Recruiter will hire for: Admin Assistant Office Boy / Peon Court Clerk Legal Interns Paralegal / Compliance Trainees Compliance Executives Account Executive HR/Admin roles Sales/Business Development roles (if needed) Support staff for 2-floor office 3. Job Portal Management   Manage Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn job postings Search resumes through keywords & filters Maintain login usage and reporting Build a strong candidate pipeline for future needs 4. HR Documentation Support   Drafting offer letters & appointment letters Preparing joining kits Coordinating ID cards, email creation Maintaining HR files and master data Coordinating basic onboarding 5. Internal HR Coordination   Attendance & leave tracking Basic employee query handling Support in exit formalities Maintain employee master sheet Coordinate with Admin team for seating arrangement 📌 Required Skills & Competencies   Technical Skills   Strong experience in sourcing on Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn Good understanding of end-to-end hiring cycle Ability to evaluate candidate quality Strong follow-up skills Basic MS Excel (filters, VLOOKUP basics, formatting) Excellent telephonic communication skills Behavioural Skills   Disciplined & organised Patient but firm when needed Stable personality (long-term mindset) Good judgement in selecting candidates High ownership attitude Ability to work independently without micro-management
