Requirements:3 to 8 years of proven experience in leadership/C-suite recruitment is mandatory.Strong experience in hiring for CXO, VP, and Director-level roles across industries.Experience with executive search firms or internal talent acquisition teams focused on leadership hiring.Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs and candidate alignment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Comfortable working in the US EST shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Exposure to international markets, especially the US region, will be an added advantage.Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing technologies.
