Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Representative based in Gurugram. The individual in this position will manage client relationships, prioritize customer satisfaction, and ensure the delivery of effective customer service. Other responsibilities include handling client inquiries, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, and providing support in finance-related matters associated with client accounts. The Client Services Representative will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and fostering strong, lasting client relationships. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service, with a proven ability to address customer needs effectively. Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation to ensure efficient interactions with clients and team members. Demonstrated expertise in achieving Customer Satisfaction and building rapport with clients. Basic understanding or experience with Finance-related tasks, including handling accounts and budgets for client services. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Gurugram.
