Growzzy Media is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Executive


🔎 About the Role

You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline of premium clients across industries like D2C, Healthcare, Coaching, and High-Growth Startups. Your role is to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, nurture relationships, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to high-potential brands through

    LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, and outbound prospecting tools

    .
  • Connect with

    CMOs, Marketing Heads, Founders, and Decision Makers

    to introduce Growzzy’s AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct research on brand needs, positioning, and pain points to craft meaningful outreach angles.
  • Set up qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handover.
  • Track outreach performance and optimise messaging based on response patterns.
  • Represent Growzzy with professionalism and clarity in every communication.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on ICP, offers, and campaign goals.


🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development

    (agency / SaaS/marketing services preferred).
  • Proven experience in reaching out to and securing conversations with

    brand leaders

    .
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write crisp, personalised outreach messages.
  • Hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn outreach, cold email, WhatsApp outreach

    , and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently, stay consistent, and deliver measurable results.
