Role Summary: As an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive , you will play a pivotal support role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and helping deliver high-impact campaigns. You will be the go-to for all executional details — managing timelines, ensuring creative delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and being hands-on with day-to-day project management. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and passionate about brand-building and digital-first campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Relationship Management Act as a key point of contact for client communication and coordination. Understand client goals, brand voice, and consumer trends to deliver creative solutions. Build trust and rapport with client stakeholders by delivering timely updates and maintaining transparency. Participate in client meetings and briefs, taking ownership of capturing and translating requirements clearly to internal teams. Project Execution & Workflow Management Work with internal teams — creative, design, strategy, media — to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets. Create and manage project timelines, status trackers, and follow-up documentation. Ensure approvals are obtained from all stakeholders at every project milestone. Manage day-to-day job lists for internal teams and lead daily internal scrum calls. Monitor on-going progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements. Campaign Support Assist in briefing creatives, media, and performance teams based on client requirements. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes for campaign pitches or content strategies. Monitor campaign performance (digital & social), gather reports, and assist in putting together performance decks or post-campaign analysis. Documentation & Reporting Maintain all campaign documentation including briefs, approvals, meeting minutes, brand assets, timelines, and budgets. Support in preparing cost estimates, billing documentation, and client-facing reports. Work with finance to track invoicing and payment follow-ups. Market Awareness Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates (Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and competitor campaigns. Share proactive recommendations with clients and internal teams on new opportunities or campaign enhancements. Key Qualifications: Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience for Account Executive; 3-5 years for Senior Account Executive, preferably in a digital or integrated marketing agency. Exposure to working with brands across sectors like FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, real estate, or startups is a plus. Basic understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and social media content formats. Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills. Technical Proficiency Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and task/project management platforms (Asana, Trello, etc.). Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics dashboards is a plus. Basic knowledge of creative production workflows — from brief to execution. Personality & Fit Detail-oriented with strong follow-through , ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Collaborative and proactive , with a hunger to learn and grow in the agency ecosystem. Resilient and calm under pressure , capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a high level of self-motivation , eager to take initiative and add value.
