Role Summary:

As a Copywriter, you’ll be the creative force behind compelling content that captures attention, inspires

action, and builds brands across diverse platforms and formats.

You will conceptualize and execute content strategies, delivering everything from engaging ad copy and

crisp social posts to detailed blogs, e-books, brochures, and whitepapers.

This role demands a creative mind, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse

audiences and objectives.

You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to craft campaigns that resonate with

audiences across digital, print, video, and more.

You are expected to have a deep understanding of brand tone, a strategic mindset, and the ability to

produce exceptional copy under tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualization

 Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to develop big ideas and campaign

concepts that align with client objectives.

 Lead brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative and fresh perspectives to the table.

 Write clear, compelling, and impactful copy for various formats, including social media, websites,

digital ads, video scripts, print ads, landing pages and email campaigns.

Content Strategy & Execution

 Collaborate with strategists and account managers to understand client goals and craft

messaging that drives results.

 Research and write thought leadership content for industries ranging from technology to lifestyle.

 Edit, proofread, and refine copy to ensure clarity, tone consistency, and impact.

Brand Voice & Messaging

 Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice for clients across all touchpoints.

 Adapt tone and messaging to suit different audiences and campaign goals.

 Ensure all copy aligns with the strategic vision and brand guidelines.

Project Execution

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.


 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables meet creative and strategic

objectives.


Team Collaboration & Leadership

 Act as a creative partner, helping to elevate the overall quality of agency output.

 Contribute to client presentations, effectively communicating ideas and rationale.

Industry Trends & Innovation

 Stay updated on industry trends, SEO practices, emerging platforms, and cultural insights to bring

fresh ideas to campaigns.

 Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques to keep content cutting-edge.

 Contribute to client presentations, articulating content strategies and creative concepts effectively

Key Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

 3-5 years of experience in copywriting across short-form and long-form formats in an agency

setting.

 Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work, including ad campaigns, social media creatives, blogs,

whitepapers, digital ads, short form motion graphic videos and offline marketing collaterals.

 Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and integrated campaign

structures.

 Exceptional storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt style and tone.

 Experience with SEO, content strategy, and understanding of how copy drives performance in

digital campaigns.


Technical Proficiency

 Basic understanding of analytics to measure content performance.

 Proven expertise in creating SEO-driven copy and content that enhances search engine visibility,

increases organic traffic, and aligns with keyword strategies.


Personality & Fit

 Creative thinker with strong strategic acumen and a passion for storytelling.

 Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

 Excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
