Role Summary: As an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive , you will play a pivotal support role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and helping deliver high-impact campaigns. You will be the go-to for all executional details — managing timelines, ensuring creative delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and being hands-on with day-to-day project management. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Relationship Management Act as a key point of contact for client communication and coordination. Documentation & Reporting Maintain all campaign documentation including briefs, approvals, meeting minutes, brand assets, timelines, and budgets. Support in preparing cost estimates, billing documentation, and client-facing reports. Work with finance to track invoicing and payment follow-ups. Market Awareness Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates (Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and competitor campaigns. Share proactive recommendations with clients and internal teams on new opportunities or campaign enhancements. Key Qualifications: Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience for Account Executive; 3-5 years for Senior Account Executive, preferably in a digital or integrated marketing agency. Exposure to working with brands across sectors like FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, real estate, or startups is a plus. Basic understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and social media content formats. Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
