JD for Immigration Client Relationship Manager: 1. Case and Management: - Manage a caseload of immigration files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation. - Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ immigration needs and determine eligibility. - Develop and implement individualized case plans. 2. Documentation and Compliance: - Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents. - Ensure compliance with all applicable immigration laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in case management systems. 3. Client Support: - Provide clients with information and guidance on immigration processes and requirements. - Respond to client inquiries and provide regular updates on case status. - Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documents. 4. Communication - Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case progression. - Represent clients in immigration interviews and hearings, if applicable. - Communicate with clients over calls ,chats and emails and update or resolve their query 5. Administrative Tasks: - Schedule and manage international appointments, interviews, and follow-up meetings. - Handle billing and invoicing related to case management services. - Prepare reports and analysis on case management activities and outcomes. 6. Resume Distribution: Submit resumes to international job boards, recruitment agencies, and relevant job postings. Identify and create a list of target employers and companies that fit the client's job profile. 7. Employer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential international employers, hiring managers, and recruiters to market clients’ resumes. 8. Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their career goals, skill sets, and experience to create a personalized marketing strategy. 9. Job Market Research: Stay updated on international industry trends, job market demands, and recruitment strategies to identify new opportunities for resume marketing. 10. Content Creation: Assist in creating persuasive cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and other marketing materials that complement the resume. 11. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain records of employer outreach, follow-ups, and responses. Provide regular updates to clients regarding job opportunities and leads. 12. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with international recruiters, HR professionals, and industry-specific hiring managers. 13. Branding and Positioning: Help clients optimize their personal brand, ensuring their resumes and profiles align with the job market's needs. 14. Social Media Strategy: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and other international portals to increase the visibility of clients’ resumes. 15. Proven experience in international marketing and recruitment. Strong understanding of job search processes,international job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to write compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
