Key Responsibilities: PR Visa Filing (Canada & Australia): Handle the complete documentation process for Canada and Australia Permanent Residency applications (including Express Entry, PNPs, Subclass 189/190/491 etc.) Verify client eligibility through detailed assessments and documentation review. Prepare, organize, and submit visa applications as per IRCC and Australian immigration requirements. Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and ensure completeness and accuracy. Track updates in immigration policies and adjust processes accordingly. Maintain up-to-date case files and CRM entries. Case Management: Serve as a single point of contact for active PR cases. Monitor and update clients on the progress of their applications. Liaise with immigration authorities and partners as required. Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication throughout the process. Escalation Handling: Handle escalated client concerns, delays, or application rejections with a solutions-first approach. Analyze cases to identify errors or improvement areas. Provide detailed case resolutions or alternatives based on current immigration laws. Coordinate with legal advisors or senior management for complex case resolution. Prepare escalation reports and maintain proper documentation. Proven experience in Canada and/or Australia PR processing. Strong understanding of immigration regulations and pathways (Express Entry, PNP, Subclass 189/190 etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively. Knowledge of CRM tools and immigration case management.
