Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete post-sales customer journey—from booking to possession
• Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data, payment schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams to ensure timely demand letters, receipts, and handovers
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure timely collection follow-ups and maintain MIS reports for management
• Drive customer satisfaction through regular communication, updates, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory documentation

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 years of CRM experience in real estate
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and documentation workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or custom real estate CRMs
• Familiarity with RERA processes and possession formalities
