Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen our client relationships. The ideal candidate will handle client issues, NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups, calls, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Manage NDR calls, follow-ups, and resolution of undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system.
• Assist in office tasks such as reporting, documentation, and data entry as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Provide timely updates to management on client issues and escalations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
