Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets for new business development.
  • Provide exceptional client servicing by ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance overall efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, relationship management, key account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels.
