Roles and Responsibilities

Manage client relationships to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets for new business development.
Provide exceptional client servicing by ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance overall efficiency.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, relationship management, key account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels.
