Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Noida. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions, understanding their property-related needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating property deals, coordinating property viewings, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in coordinating property viewings and preparing sales proposals
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the Noida (NCR) region, is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
