Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, client meetings, negotiations, and sales strategy development. Additionally, the manager will be required to collaborate with internal teams and maintain industry knowledge to ensure the company's continued growth. Qualifications Strong abilities in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development Excellent skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation Experience in Business Development and Real Estate Advisory Proficiency in Communication and Presentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Noida Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is highly beneficial Compensation Open for right candidate whether on associate basis or full time employment.
