Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our Direct Sales Channel. The role involves driving client acquisition, developing a business partner network, and leading a team to achieve sales and investment targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product sales and a passion for helping clients achieve their wealth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new Business Associates and Business Partners.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive associates and partners to acquire Retail and HNI investors aligned with Adityaraj Capital’s investment philosophy.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to expand client base and revenue.
  • Educate potential investors about financial products including PMS, Mutual Funds, General Insurance (Health, Vehicle, etc.), and Life Insurance.
  • Build partnerships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and channel partners to broaden market reach.
  • Conduct investor meetings, seminars, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to present investment opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records for leads, client interactions, and conversions.
  • Ensure transparent, ethical, and client-centric communication at all times.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or investment advisory within financial services.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in conducting client presentations and handling objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial planning concepts such as SIPs, compounding strategies, and risk management will be an advantage.
