Senior Accounts Manager – Real Estate

About the Role:

Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and compliance.
Oversee project-wise fund allocation, cash flow, and financial planning.
Prepare accurate MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle statutory audits, banking, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and supervise the accounts team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Implement effective internal controls and financial systems.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Professional qualifications (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.
7–10 years of experience in accounts, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
Prior experience in the
real estate industry
will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and strong knowledge of taxation & compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
