Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Explain real estate products and services clearly and professionally.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

1–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (real estate experience preferred).
Good communication and persuasive skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
