Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve conversion rates. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
