Job Role: Tele Sales Executive We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can convert leads into admissions, franchises, and career counselling enrollments through professional communication and consultative sales skills. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions, franchise inquiries, and DMIT counselling. Explain JKS Group services clearly and persuasively to potential clients and students. Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) regularly. Convert leads to confirmed sales through consistent follow-ups. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support digital webinars and counselling campaigns by ensuring participation and registration. Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams for lead nurturing and feedback.
