Job Role: Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can convert leads into admissions, franchises, and career counselling enrollments through professional communication and consultative sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions, franchise inquiries, and DMIT counselling.
• Explain JKS Group services clearly and persuasively to potential clients and students.
• Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) regularly.
• Convert leads to confirmed sales through consistent follow-ups.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support digital webinars and counselling campaigns by ensuring participation and registration.
• Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams for lead nurturing and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Education Counselling / Franchise Sales
• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English)
• Good command over MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Office Location: JKS Group of Education, sector - 03 , Vikas Nagar , Lucknow
