As a leading HOA (Homeowners’ Association) Management company, our mission is to make residential operations smooth, transparent, and collaborative through our digital management portal. Homeowners, tenants, and board members use our platform to connect, manage, and grow their communities efficiently.

We’re looking for energetic and passionate Client Relations Associates who love interacting with people, solving challenges, and creating positive client experiences. If you’re eager to learn, grow, and make an impact — we’d love to meet you!

Location & Work Details

Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site | US Shift)

Timings: 9 PM – 6 AM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Your Role: What You’ll Do?

Client Relationship Management

•

• Build and maintain professional relationships by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.

•

Application Assistance & Portfolio Support

•

• Track community compliance, finances, and maintenance requests.

• Support Property Managers with timely updates and insights to strengthen client interactions.

Community & Board Engagement

•

• Work with community members to address issues, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive living experience.

Operational & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for community requirements and evaluate proposals.

• Assist in inspections, compliance documentation, and approval processes.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders.
