Client Relations Associate

As a Client Servicing Associate, your role will involve the following key responsibility areas: - Client Acquisition: - Acquiring clients for different services such as B2C (Small and Heavy) - Cross Selling to existing accounts - Client Servicing & Retention: - Servicing existing clients for various queries including panel, shipment, order upload, NDR, etc. - Increasing SOW of existing accounts and ensuring client retention by understanding requirements and implementing solutions - Reports: - Checking and sharing various reports with existing clients such as MIS, COD Remittance, NDR, etc. - Preparing performance reports for key clientele on a fortnightly basis and providing feedback for business growth, particularly for marked key accounts - Knowledge & Skill: - Deep understanding of different services and knowledge of end-to-end processes for smooth business handling and management - Providing training and assistance to new onboardings (clients & employees) for panel functioning and inter-team assistance If you have a passion for building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role as a Client Servicing Associate is perfect for you.
