1) Acquiring clients for different services i.e., B2C (Small and Heavy)
2) Cross Selling to existing accounts
1) Servicing existing clients in different queries (panel, shipment, order upload, NDR etc.)
2) Increase SOW of the existing accounts and ensure client retention by understanding the requirements and implementing it.
1) Checking and sharing different reports with existing clients (MIS,COD Remittance, NDR etc).
2) Preparing performance reports for key clientele (fortnightly) and suggesting feedbacks for business growth specifically for mark key accounts.
1) Deep understanding over different services, knowing end to end process for smooth business handling and management.
2) Providing training and assistance to new onboardings (clients & employees) for panel functioning and different inter team assistance.
