As a Client Relations Associate at Outmarch, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, overseeing onboarding processes, providing product feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying problems, finding solutions, and improving customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build strong customer relationships and promote product adoption and best practices. - Oversee the onboarding process and accelerate contract renewals. - Provide product feedback and ensure quality through test plans and troubleshooting. - Update and maintain Customer Success Playbooks. - Monitor implementation progress, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Maintain forecasts and customer status dashboards. - Handle incoming requests and resolve issues promptly. - Work with Sales and Marketing to drive growth and gather data for enablement content. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree. - 1+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS environment. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
