Your analytical skills will be key in identifying problems, finding solutions, and improving customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build strong customer relationships and promote product adoption and best practices. - Oversee the onboarding process and accelerate contract renewals. - Provide product feedback and ensure quality through test plans and troubleshooting. - Update and maintain Customer Success Playbooks. - Monitor implementation progress, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Maintain forecasts and customer status dashboards. - Handle incoming requests and resolve issues promptly. - Work with Sales and Marketing to drive growth and gather data for enablement content. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree. - 1+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS environment. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
