Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PropVIVO in Surat. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. Working Hours: Night Shift (Monday-Saturday) Job Type: Onsite (Surat, Gujarat) Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's/master’s in business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing (or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus Knowledge of property management or real estate is beneficial Clear, empathetic, listens well (English proficiency essential) Manages tasks like a maestro.
