Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) role located in Surat. The CSR will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property management or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's/master’s in business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing (or similar)
• Clear, empathetic, listens well (English proficiency essential)
• Manages tasks like a maestro.
